Oohh, please ease me from tis sorrow!!

I've been crazy about FF since the days of PS1!! And now with a new PS3 in hand, I just x wait for the next installment of FF legacies. Well, I'm glad to say that I wasn't the only one antipipating this masterpiece from square-enix; million of fan already roamed FF unofficial sites for latest updates .

It seems the EU Playstation Store has released the Final Fantasy XIII Trailer which debuted on the internet on 28 Jan 2009 in full 1080p HD glory.

And it is fantastic!! Kya!!!

Final Fantasy XIII is set in a futuristic world controlling advanced technology and magical crystals. Pulse, the world Final Fantasy XIII is based on has had an evil history which has resulted in the construction of the floating utopian city called Cocoon. The citizens of Cocoon fear the world below. Lightning, the heroine of the game is seen fighting soldiers in Cocoon in the E3 2006 trailer but we aren't sure why. All we know about her is her codename and the fact that she has amnesia. In the CLOUD trailer, she's rescued by a tall blonde man who rides in on a motorbike, mowing down soldiers with an assault rifle. Although it's unsure whether they're on the same side or even know each other, he doesn't attack her.

Although little is known about them, the Crystals have the ability to create life forms and also objects. The Crystals were also the power which decided to create Cocoon to protect the threatened people on Pulse. It is believed that the Crystals give instructions to the super-natrual beings known as Farsi who were responsible for constructing Cocoon from an "infection" on Pulse. There is also a group of people known as the Lusi who follow the will of the Crystals and carry out missions for the Farsi. It has been confirmed that the blonde man and the pig tailed girl are both Lusi.

During the E3 2006 trailer, a train full of prisoners is involved in a crash and comes under attack. It is believed that Cocoon's Holy Government thinks that these prisoners are infected and has sentanced them to return to Pulse.

Square-enix just opened the new Final Fantasy XIII website the day before. If anyone is interested in the new FF, you guys can get more info here.

How long has it been? A couple of weeks I suppose... Well, the truth is I'm quite no, totally lazy to update my little blog here. I got complains from a few people.. but still I could'nt get myself to switch on the pc and update my blog..

The 1st time I heard of Guantanamo Bay was when I was watching Harold and Kumar:Escape From Guantanamo Bay. But, it never occurred to me that it was the central prison for suspects considered unlawful enemy combatants in the war on terror. Since the United States broke off relations with Cuba after Fidel Castro's rise to power, the base has operated as an obscure anomaly, one foreign power's self-enclosed outpost in a hostile land.
News of individual detainees (terrorism suspects) emerges after years of imprisonment in which they were shuttled around the world, interrogated and detained. In the recent news, Muhammad Saad Iqbal who was in the custody of the U.S., said he had been beaten, tightly shackled, covered with a hood and given drugs, subjected to electric shocks and, because he denied knowing Mr. bin Laden, deprived of sleep for six months. He was quietly released from detainment and was never convicted of any crime, or charged with one.
Human rights groups and lawyers representing detainees have painted a harsh picture of conditions there, while prisoners themselves have protested through hunger strikes, riots and suicides.The coming administration of President-elect Barack Obama is weighing whether to close the Guantánamo prison, which many critics have called an extralegal system of detention and abuse.

Has the operation of Guantanamo Bay Naval Base bring more negative outcome than good ones? Should the U.S Government allowed it to continue to operate?

I'm BACK!!

Aha!! 1st day in class!!
I had all three classes of mine in one day..
It's the first day but I've already started my STA219 but it was all theory and to tell you the truth, it was dull. But, it was the first lesson, it might get better later on..(I hope!!)

However, I'm really frustrated because I could not send my documents for U application just because I am short of reco letters.. Haih!!
But, still..no negative pressure...*deep breath*..

Here I was sad that Hwang Bo and Hyun Joong couple of We Got Married ended their part in the show, I thought I'm seeing Hwang Bo in a Malay drama. And I actually did, although it's actually her.

See those pictures above? The women in those picture are not the same person. First one on the left is the Hwang Bo while next to her it's Nabila Huda, probably you would know her in Laila Majnun or as Amy Search's daughter. I was so shocked the first time I watched Laila Majnun!! They could just be mistaken as each other. Whoa!!

But, seriously if you're considering to challenge my judgement, try watching Laila Majnun at TV9. They looked really alike in appearance.

Sunset Glow

This the best Sunset Glow performance I've would say so far. Big Bang always amazed me during their live performance. While other celebrities mime on stage, they sang live( I hope I got that correct). For that, they are truly the Best Breakthrough Artist!!

Best couple!!

Who are they? I bet some of my closed friends would smile in delight once they see this faces. They are Hwangbo and Hyun Joong, on-screen couple in Korea's reality show 'We Got Married'. I have to admit that they weren't my favorite couple in the show at first. But, eventually I became interested in witnessing the development of their relationships in the show although they were just artificial couple.

Hwangbo was older by six years than Hyun Joong in real life but they seemed to be fit each other very well. The blunt and competitive Hyun Joong bonded well with the matured but funny Hwangbo. My favorite episode of them were episode 17,22,32, 33, 35 and 36. By the time they had been spending time together almost 8 months and really, they looked like married couple. Haha!!

But, their ep was on ep 38 where they have their last trip together to Mount Hala before parting their ways. It was sad because I never classified them as artificial couple. Well, I wished all the best for both of them in their careers. I hope that one day, they would find their happiness.

oH yeah!

It's a new year, woop! woop! But, I don't exactly know what to write about it because my real celebration of new year was on Monday, 30th December 2008, Maal Hijrah for all the Muslims.

As usual, no matter when you celebrate new year, there would be new plans or goals. It's good but it's even better if you could fulfill it.

Well, anyway Happy New Year!!

The Spirit was publicized beautifully but the movie was not worth it. The plot was alright but there seemed to be irrelevant scenes in the movie and it development was too slow!! I almost died of boredom and I bought premium tickets!! Kero was already lost in her dreamland 15 minutes into the movie and Anbin could not stop saying, "Unbelievable!!"

The theater was half-emptied only after 40 minutes and the uncle behind my seat was laughing as he left the theater. Anyone wished to go and watch this movie, I would recommend something else instead.

Try Yes Man or IP Man, I heard they are good.
